Mixed Bag x Iced Chai Tea Punch

The sun is out, the out of office is on, we're dreaming of days at the beach and warm nights with mates. Make your day with our delightfully refreshing Iced Chai Fruit Punch. 

Recipe (makes 2):
- 6 tsp sticky chai (either original or coconut blossom)
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup soda water
- 4 tsp dark sugar (brown, rapadura or coconut)
- Slices of lime, orange or pinapple to garnish
- Ice

Boozy option:
- 30-50ml dark rum

Directions:
1. Mix the chai and boiling water together, let sit for 2-3 mins and then strain and chill.

2. Mix the juices and brown sugar until dissolved.
3. Add soda water and chai tea concentrate.
4. serve over ice and garnish.
