Mixed Bag x Chocolate Orange Chai Eggnog

We can pretend we're having a cold cosy Christmas with a comforting eggnog.

- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 6 tsp Chocolate Orange Spiced Chai
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 1 1/2 cups milk/mylk- 1 cup cream (or coconut cream)
- 1/3 cup brandy
- 1/3 cup dark rum
- chai dust or cinnamon for garnish

1. mix the chai and boiling water and infuse for 4 minutes, strain and cool.
2. in a blender combine the eggs and maple syrup and blend on high for 4 minutes.
3. add the chai concentrate, milk, cream, rum and brandy to blender and blend for 10 seconds.
4. serve chilled and garnish with chai dust or cinnamon.
5. enjoy!
