Stovetop -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/4 cup of water to a pot and simmer for 1 minute to infuse. Add 1 cup of milk and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Coffee Machine -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/4 cup of boiling water to your milk jug and leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup of milk and steam, leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Teapot -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/2 cup of boiling water to your teapot and leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup of hot milk, leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes and enjoy. Double quantities for tea for two.
This is my husbands go to masala chai. He has 2 cups every day after dinner. Infact this is his favourite chai. And I always make sure I have enough in the cupboard.

I received a small bag for Christmas and my partner and I brewed it almost every day until it ran out. I just ordered a 1kg bag to feed our addiction - it's delicious brewed on the stove with oat milk. Just the right amount of sweetness (i.e. just a hint).

Absolutely love the Original Sticky Masala Chai. My go-to-brew in a teapot in the morning - or made with milk on the stovetop. Either way it’s perfect and superior to other chais I’ve tried.
