Tasting notes -

This blend is our best seller, with 50% whole spices a little goes a long way (NO fillers here!). A nice and punchy spice blend - balanced to perfection with honey (which is what makes it sticky). If you're a chai traditionalist - you will love this!

Caffeine -

Although there is a small amount of black tea in the blend, a standard cup only contains 9mg of caffeine. Compared to 65-120mg in black tea and 85-240mg in coffee.

Stovetop -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/4 cup of water to a pot and simmer for 1 minute to infuse. Add 1 cup of milk and simmer for a further 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Coffee Machine -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/4 cup of boiling water to your milk jug and leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup of milk and steam, leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes. Strain and enjoy.

Teapot -
Add 2 teaspoons and 1/2 cup of boiling water to your teapot and leave to infuse for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 cup of hot milk, leave to infuse for 2-3 minutes and enjoy. Double quantities for tea for two.

Original sticky masala chai - excellent product

I have bought the original sticky masala chai several times now. The quality of the ingredients in every pack has been outstanding. It is fragrant and absolutely delicious. I make on almond or oat milk and the product remains fragrant. A dash of honey balances it perfectly. Several guests have made comments about it being the best chai tea they have ever tasted. I agreed.

Yummy

It is a very aromatic chai mix the smell & taste is lovely. I make my own drink mix. I mix I cup of almond milk with 3-4 tsp. of Sticky Masala Chai & 2 tsp. good chocolate powder. Then I heat it all in a small pan. I call it my chocolate chai it is delicious.
